Geographical structures

The majority of the data are presented by 2011 Indigenous Areas - the exceptions, where data are presented by 2006 Indigenous Areas, include the following topics/ indicators:

• Aboriginal fertility - Total fertility rate
• Aboriginal and mothers and babies - Smoking during pregnancy; Low birth weight babies

If you have selected (via the 'Geography' button) to view the maps by Indigenous Areas 2011, the data for the above indicators are shown as 'not available (n.a.)', and the maps will be coloured grey.

Alternatively, if you have selected to view the maps by Indigenous Areas 2006, all of the other indicators (apart from Total fertility rate; Smoking during pregnancy; Low birth weight babies) are shown as 'n.a.', and the maps will be coloured grey.
